• Full Name: The correct name as per the national identity card must be provided.
• Contact Information: An active mobile number and email address must be provided.
• Password: A strong and unique password must be used; sharing it with any third party is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Account Security

Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. If any unauthorized access or suspicious activity is noticed on the account, the bed33 support team must be informed immediately.

• Each user may have only one account; creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being terminated.
• Account login credentials must not be given to or transferred to anyone.
• Placing bets or playing games on behalf of another person is not permitted.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing a withdrawal or for security purposes, bed33 may request documents to verify the user's identity. These may include:

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Various bonuses and promotional offers are provided on the bed33 platform. By accepting these offers, the user is considered to have agreed to the following terms and conditions.

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; if not used within the set time, the bonus may be cancelled.

Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply when using all games available on the bed33 platform — including live casino, slots, cricket betting, fishing games, lottery, bingo and others:

6.1 Betting Policy

• Minimum and maximum bet amounts set for each game or event apply.
• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be cancelled.
• In the case of an incomplete game due to a technical error, bed33 will provide a reasonable resolution.

6.2 Sports Betting

• Official event results are considered final in cricket and other sports betting.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, the result will be determined in accordance with the betting rules.

• Bets associated with match-fixing or any unethical activity will be cancelled and the associated account will be closed.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited while using the bed33 platform. Violation of these prohibitions may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of collected funds:

Limitation of Liability

• If the service is disrupted due to Force Majeure events such as natural disasters, power outages or government restrictions.
• If the user's account credentials are exposed to a third party due to negligence.

bed33 is not directly liable for financial losses or psychological issues arising from gambling. The platform is operated purely for entertainment purposes and does not guarantee any winnings.

Account Suspension and Termination

bed33 may suspend or permanently terminate an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of the terms and conditions is violated.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• If an account is created with false or incomplete information.
• If there is suspicion of money laundering or other financial crimes.
• At the direction of legal authorities or regulatory bodies.
• If an underage user is identified.

9.1 Closure at the User's Request
